Artificial materials such as aluminium sheets and polycarbonate panels were used to create light refraction and reflection effects that resemble the digital worlds experienced in video games. Wood was chosen as the main structural material for the walls, which embodied the physical reality behind the digital interface The main architectural challenge was to adapt the space to the different levels of interactivity of the games presented in the exhibition. The exhibition was divided into three parts, each exploring different themes and degrees of intimacy in games. The walls formed semi-enclosed pockets of games allowing visitors to get to know the games in a more personal way.
