The house sits in a picturesque plot in Trakai district. On the eastern side of the plot there is a lake called Bobis. All the other neighbouring plots are workable land and small forests. Large sliding windows are to be installed in the south and east facing facades. The rest of the house is clad in toned wood and steel roofing sheets.
