House is divided by the hall which goes throughout the building. Beginning with the entrance and ending up in the front garden. All the other rooms are placed around the hall thus making them easier to reach. There are three terraces designed around the house. In the east the terrace compliments the yoga room. Western terrace is dedicated to the sauna. And the south terrace is accessible through the master bedroom and the main living area. Children rooms are placed upstairs, away from all the noise. Low and overhanging roofs are the main design attraction. Canopy roof profiled shade in the summer, during the colder moths it also stops rain from falling onto the main terrace. Facade is designed with simplicity in mind. Simple wood cladding together with metal roof provide a simple yet elegant and thin architectural look to the whole ensemble of the house that is made out of six different boxed.
