Farmstead in Rakliškės

Status: completed project

The farmstead consists of a residential house and an auxiliary building with a sauna. The residential house is designed by surrounding the existing pine tree and directing the main facades towards the Šalčia river visible in the northwest. The auxiliary building consists of two rectangular volumes - a sauna and a farm building - connected by a flat roof. The facades and roofs of both buildings are covered with charred coniferous wood.
